Compared with competing products, the MultiMatrix DNA/RNA Extraction Kit demonstrates superior or comparable performance in the extraction of bacterial DNA from bovine milk, viral nucleic acids from plasma, gDNA from bovine blood and cow hair follicles. Furthermore it has simple and rapid pretreatment procedures.

Apsilon™ EPIC Mycoplasma DNA Extraction Kit
A nucleic acid purification solution designed for quality control in the biopharmaceutical industry supports a broad range of input volumes, enabling flexible and efficient optimization of QC protocols. Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) was spiked into both cell-rich and cell-free culture media at concentrations of 1000, 100, and 10 CFU/ml. Extraction performance was compared with that of commercial competitor products, showing comparable results across all samples. Experiments were performed in triplicate and analyzed by qPCR to ensure result consistency.

Apsilon™ EPIC Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is designed for high-sensitivity detection across variable sample volumes (100-300 µL). RNA extraction from 200 ul plasma spiked with varying amount of Dengue virus (DENV). Apsilon™ EPIC Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit demonstrated high capture rate, as evidenced by qPCR results showing a 100% detection rate at 0.1 PFU/mL.
